RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You have 60 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the condition in which you received it, unused, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be requested.

If your return is accepted, we will send you shipping instructions. Parcels returned without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Our 60-day guarantee
Beyond the standard right of return, if the book is not what you hoped for, we refund you — including if you have already read part of it, or all of it. Simply write to us within 60 days of receiving your order.
Damaged item or wrong order
Check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the situation and put it right.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned:
- Books that have been written in, marked, or personalised on the dedication page, as they can no longer be resold — except under our 60-day guarantee above
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want: return the item to us, then place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Right of withdrawal — 14 days
If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your order, without needing to give a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
This right is in addition to our 60-day guarantee, which is more favourable.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If it is, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank may take a few additional days to credit the amount.
